Successful ISO 9001 surveillance audit

In July, this year's ISO 9001 monitoring audit took place at several companies in our Group, with another excellent result - no deviations, full compliance with the standard!

In addition to the system audit, the audit also focused on selected processes - from the new onboarding and offboarding process in the HR area to an entire packaging process with a focus on quality and process reliability through to the order processing process in the packaging area.

Our consistent approach to continuously improving processes and providing more digital support - for example by using modern app solutions for documentation and process reliability - was rated particularly positively. The CIP process in our company is clearly recognizable, professionally implemented and is reflected in the numerous improvements and additions to our management system.

In addition, the continuity in our customer landscape was highlighted as a strong sign of satisfaction, performance and the high quality of our services. Our aim remains the same for the future: we want to offer our customers not just good quality, but the best quality. With an even stronger focus on processes, cross-location transparency and continuous improvements, we are creating the basis for sustainable quality - for today and tomorrow.
